Definitions

• “Platform” means the PriceScout.travel web application, Chrome extension, Android app, and any related services.
• “Subscription” means a paid monthly plan that grants access to the Platform's features beyond the free trial.
• “Provider” means a third-party B2B hotel booking portal (e.g. MMT B2B, Tripjack, TBO, Expedia TAAP, Ratehawk) that you connect to via the Platform.
• “Content” means text, data, pricing information, and any other materials displayed on or transmitted through the Platform.

Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and a registered travel agent or travel business to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your information updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• One account per individual. Sharing accounts across multiple users is not permitted.

Services Overview

The Platform provides a B2B hotel price comparison tool that allows travel agents to search and compare real-time hotel prices across multiple B2B provider portals in a single search. The Platform also provides D2C (direct-to-consumer) prices for margin comparison.

To use the Platform, you must install our Chrome extension and connect your B2B provider accounts. Some providers may also require the PriceScout Android app for OTP forwarding.

Our Role & Disclaimers

• We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or hotel booking platform. We do not sell, book, or facilitate hotel reservations.
• The Platform is a price comparison tool only. All bookings must be made directly on the respective provider portals.
• Hotel prices displayed are fetched in real-time from your connected provider accounts. We do not guarantee pricing accuracy, availability, or completeness, as these depend on the providers.
• We are not responsible for any discrepancies between the prices shown on our Platform and the prices on the actual provider portals at the time of booking.

Provider Accounts & Credentials

• You are responsible for creating and maintaining your own B2B provider accounts in compliance with each provider's terms of service.
• The Platform requires you to use the email address we provide for provider accounts to enable automated OTP handling and login.
• Passwords are never sent to or stored on our servers. The Chrome extension handles login locally on your machine.
• We are not liable for any actions taken by providers regarding your accounts, including suspension or termination.

User Responsibilities & Conduct

• Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms when using the Platform.
• Do not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any provider's terms of service.
• You may not reverse-engineer, data-mine, scrape, or use automated means to access the Platform except through the tools we provide (Chrome extension, Android app).
• Do not attempt to circumvent security features, rate limits, or access controls.
• You are solely responsible for verifying prices on the actual provider portals before making any booking.

Free Trial, Payments & Fees

We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial.

After the trial, continued access requires a paid Subscription at ₹999 per user per month. Payment is processed securely through Cashfree Payments and supports UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle. For details on refunds, see our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and all Content (excluding data fetched from third-party providers) are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, any provider's terms of service, or is otherwise harmful to other Users or the Company.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, all your data, including provider account metadata and search history, will be permanently removed.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any provider's terms of service.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform, particularly as it depends on third-party provider portals.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed (i) ₹10,000 or (ii) the total fees you paid to the Company in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is lower.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you consent to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 7 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
