Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund terms for PriceScout.travel subscriptions.

Effective: April 6, 2026

Introduction

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms & Conditions governing your use of PriceScout.travel (the “Platform”). It explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for paid subscriptions.

Scope of This Policy

This Refund Policy covers paid subscription plans for the PriceScout.travel platform. PriceScout is a price comparison tool only — we do not process hotel bookings or travel transactions, so this policy does not cover any third-party bookings you may make on provider portals.

Subscription Plans

After a 14-day free trial (no credit card required), continued access to the Platform requires a paid subscription:

  • Monthly Plan: ₹999 per user per month, billed monthly.

Payment is processed securely through Cashfree Payments and supports UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

7-Day Refund Window

  • If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your subscription start date.
  • To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and reason for cancellation.
  • We will process approved refunds within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

After 7 Days

No refunds will be provided for subscription fees after the 7-day window. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to the Platform until the end of the paid period.

No Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing cycles. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access to all features until the end of that billing period, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Log in to your account and navigate to the Subscription page, or
  • Email [email protected] with your cancellation request.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after the current period ends.
  • Your search history and account data remain accessible until you delete your account.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

A refund will not be available if:

  • You request a refund more than 7 days after your subscription start date.
  • Your account has been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms & Conditions.
  • You have already received a refund for a previous subscription period.

However, nothing in this Policy limits any statutory rights you may have under consumer-protection laws.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge directly with your card issuer (a “chargeback”), we will supply all relevant evidence — including the subscription terms you accepted — to the payment processor. Unfounded or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Policy Updates

We may update this Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. Material updates will be announced via email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
